We are very sorry to hear that you do not like the colors that you've ordered. We do strive to ensure that our product photos match as closely as possible to the item in real life however sometimes differences in lighting (studio vs natural), and differences in monitor displays can result in the photos online looking slightly different. Since the product photos you see on our website are taken in bright studio lighting the colors can appear to look lighter than when the hijabs are folded many times over inside the plastic packaging which also reflects the light, making them appear darker than they are. To see the true colors and a more accurate display as shown on our website we recommend unfolding the hijab out of its packaging and getting a good view of them outside in direct sunlight.
If you are deeply unsatisfied with your hijabs, even though they were purchased at final sale, we can create a bypass in our system and provide an exception to our policy in the form of store credit. This will allow you to make a return through our portal:
